This modern design has a unique use of different materials while still maintaining simplicity in its form.

The many elements that it composes attracts the eye from a distance. The change in materials on the exterior facade defines the change of spaces in the inside. To be able to understand the floor plan of the structure without looking in.

The transition from one space to another is obvious in the change of volumes as they extrude in and out. But most importantly it is shown through its significant materials.

Asymmetrical balance is when you have two dissimilar sides of a design and have positioned visual weight unequally, and yet you’ve still achieved a sense of balance. It evokes a sense of modernism and movement.

The material study includes concrete blocks, Saudi beige marble, ruble stone finish in tile, red stone cladding and black glass.

As per the requirement by the Dubai Municipality, all villas must have a compound wall. We incorporate the design of this exterior wall to the concept design of the villa. They are an extension of each other. Integrated with the facade of the building to bring an aesthetic collaboration.
